The official year of the cemetery's foundation is 1815, but the oldest grave dates from 1780. Until the 1980s, the cemetery was forgotten and destroyed. Destroyed graves, bones in the trenches, together with the uninteresting company of local drunks, created a depressing picture. The situation changed with the arrival of a descendant of local Jews, Zelig Rabinowicz, and his family. The Committee of Citizens of Trzebinia in Israel was established, on the initiative of which cleaning and inventory works were carried out.
According to the official list, there are currently 248 matzevot in the cemetery. There is also an ohel where the local tzadiks are buried: Chaim Israel Kluger, Israel Chaim Kluger, Szymon Mosze - Jona Lewi and Chaim Abraham Lewi.
